| Lowepro Fastpack BP 150 AWII |
With my impending trip to LA, I wanted a compact backpack to hold all my camera gears and some personal stuff as a carry on baggage. I have a small body frame so I chose BP 150.
This backpack can hold my Nikon D500 with a moderate 18-140mm all around zoom lens attached. If your camera has a battery grip attached to the body, this bag can accommodate it with ease. A second backup body ( my old D90) , a 35mm 1.8 prime lens, chargers, assorted cables etc.
Now I'm still struggling where to squeeze the Nikkor 70-200mm f2.8 lens.
And yes, to my dismay, this bag can only accommodate an 11 inches laptop. So my 14" laptop would not fit. That is why I should have bought the BP 250.

The laptop is accessed on the side of the bag for easy access ( I think) just like the side access for the camera.
This bag can also hold a tripod, or a bottle of water on the side.
Compact and comfortable to carry on your back. Oh, did I forget to say that it has a built-in rain cover to protect your gears when it rains? It is securely tucked at the bottom of the bag and can easily be pulled out in case it is needed.
This bag is definitely a good buy for its price. Good for the Photo enthusiast like me. Good for that urban or wildlife shoots. But if you plan to go on travel, I recommend the 250 version where it can hold a 14" laptop and that extra long lens like the 70-200mm . Or if you have a bulky body, go for the 350 version ! Just my thoughts.
